If you’re looking for 1:1 support tailored to your unique experience, coaching may be the best first step for you.
We offer multiple coaching types which will be tailored to the clients needs and goals while still being anchored in our signature methodology, The You Pillars:
Comprehensive: Think of this as an end to end overview, covering numerous topics at a higher level. This program spans 8 weeks
Focus Areas: These programs dive deeper into individual topics such as relationships, identifying & setting new boundaries, and redefining who you are. These sessions are also customizable based on individual client need and span 4 consecutive weeks
Additional Support: These 1-session add on’s allow the client full flexibility on content as needed without longer term commitment
If you work better on your own schedule or feel like you’re ready to take the next step on your journey but do better sitting with yourself before working through it out loud, this may be your best next step.
In this option, the client will receive thought provoking, self reflection encouraging activities to complete on their own time, in a way that’s most comfortable for them. Materials cover a wide range of topics, similar to those covered in the coaching sessions.
Shorter, more focused coaching sessions can be added to this package if the client prefers.
