“I liked that we covered a lot of ground and questions were asked but not in a leading way. More so genuinely asked so I could reflect and arrive at my own observations and conclusions... It was good that we talked through everything but there are things that I just wanted advice on and a genuine opinion and I liked that I got that along with the open ended questions and conversation.”

“I was allowed to explore my mind through just talking out my thoughts which led to realizations I hadn't before understood. I was encouraged to feel the emotions that came up and to dig deeper into those physical reactions to see what we could uncover that might be holding me back. My coach introduced measurable goals to me and we discussed small steps I could take to lead me to a bigger accomplishment/get me out of my current situation making me unhappy.”

I feel understood by my coach and during our session I feel really listened to as her responses to dig deeper into certain topics were very thought provoking and insightful.”
